Chardonnay Semillon: This blend of two popular varietals create a succulent, dry white wine with golden colour. Crisp and clean on the palate with hints of tropical fruit and subtle floral aromas. Sweetness Scale = 0, Medium/Full Body, Contains Oak

Pinot Gris: This white wine is produced from grape varietal with red skins that are not used during the production. In some parts of the world the skins would be used, resulting in a blush coloured wine. A succulent, rich, complex wine with spiciness that makes it unique. Red Wines
 
Cabernet Franc: This varietal is grown throughout the Southwest regions of France. It is similar in many respects to the Cabernet Sauvignon but produces a less fruity and more earthy wine, which is highly aromatic. Sweetness Scale = 0, Full Body, Contains Oak

Cabernet Sauvignon: Grown predominantly in the Southwest region of France, this noble varietal is rich in colour, aroma and depth. Included among its many complexities are cedar, black currant and violets. Sweetness Scale = 0, Full Body, Contains Oak

Vieux Chateau du Roi: (VVDCR) This wine is produced from a blend of several varietals, two of the most common being Syrah and Grenache. Traditionally this wine is blended with up to as many as 13 different varietals. A dry, mellow wine, which is fruity with a rich colour. Sweetness scale = 0, Full Body, Contains Oak.
